I'm from Massachusetts and live 7 hours from where the property was. Michele was indispensable in helping to get the property ready for sale, and for helping to manage a variety of requirements. It would have been a nightmare to have done it without her, and she made it effortless and much more manageable. The home was my late mother's, and the emotional difficulty in selling it was greatly alleviated by Michele's help. I deeply appreciate having her to assist with the process.

Michele is amazing. This was my first time perchasing a home. She explained everything in detail. Handled all inspections and made sure that everything went smoothly and I got all the answers I needed! She gave her honest opinion and advice when asked. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 to anyone looking for home.

Absolutely fantastic! Michelle was always a positive, fun person to be around whom for us mixes professionalism with experienced-gained wisdom and wit that saved us a lot of time and headaches during our homebuying process. Not only that, but we feel like we got the best possible negotiation in the current market specifically because of Michelle's insight and skill. My family are very research-oriented people, so we sometimes need to go through listings multiple times or see new houses just to compare them to our experience, and Michelle was always encouraging us to do things our way. Cannot recommend highly enough; I don't even want to try working with anyone else in the future because Michelle is IT!

I really enjoyed working with Michele. She took away a lot of the stress involved in selling a home. She was professional without being high pressure. She was very helpful in making suggestions for staging and even helped with pulling up rugs and rearranging furniture. My place sold in a matter of days thanks to her good eye for making a small condo look spacious and inviting. I appreciated that she made the recommendation to replace my smoke detector. I was unaware that my existing one was no longer compliant with current standards. I was impressed with how she conducts her business in a professional yet friendly way and makes herself available every step of the way from listing to settlement.

I highly recommend Michele as realtor. She is knowledgeable about properties in Annapolis, easy to work, and was a good advisor throughout the whole purchase process. When I had last minute issues with the buyer of my house, she was calm and resourceful, which made a tense period much easier.

I can’t sing enough praises about Michele. Not only were we first time home buyers, but we were purchasing from another state. She walked us through every step, responded quickly to even the smallest questions despite the time difference and had our backs throughout it all. Michele Hagan was incredible. My house getting sold was huge for me and my family as we were contingent on buying another house. I had another realtor who did half the job Michele did until I got rid of them. Michele took on the job under a major time crunch and got my house sold 2x's in less then 5 days both times. Her staging she did was awesome and made the house very presentable. The other thing I loved about her is that she was very accessible via text/call/email. That is huge during a stressful process. I would strongly recommend using her!!

Michele Hagan is a wonderful realtor. She helped my husband and I with listing and selling our house. She is very professional, responds to us regardless of the time we reach out and gives wonderful advice. Michele provides her opinion, but also makes sure to listen to and address our questions and concerns.
