Michele helped us buy our dream home by helping us craft the perfect offer in creative ways. Only one try was all that was needed :)
She was very prepared at every showing.
She has a lot of experience as a realtor and as a licensed builder (she built her own home and owned rentals)
She is extremely knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. When we toured homes, she would estimate future maintenance expenses based on the state of things like windows, doors HVAC, flooring, carpet, etc.
She has a warming and relaxed yet engaged attitude which makes her very pleasant to work with. We felt like we were her only customers because of how responsive she was.
Overall it was great working with her and next time we're planning to buy or sell we will definitely call Michele (and you should too!).

She was easy to talk to and responded quickly to us whenever we reached out to her to see a property or ask a question. Bethany is also a knowledgeable realtor. The photos and video her photographer took of our home were beautiful. Michele was really on top of things throughout the whole process. She gave us great advice, was quick to get engaged and get things moving, helped support by staging our house with furniture for the showings, and even recommend local contractors to help get our house in tip top shape so that we could get the best offer possible.

With some real estate agents you worry about whether they're actively paying attention to getting your home sold, or are they getting you the best deal. With our family raised it was time to sell our two-story Colonial and find a more comfortable single story Ranch. But how do you choose the right realtor to trust with the biggest transaction of your life? At that moment our neighbors across the street had just put their house up for sale with Michele, so we watched with great interest. We were very impressed with her online listing that featured professional photographs, a 3D tour, drone footage of the property, as well as room sizes. (As house hunters we can attest that nothing wastes more time than a lack of information and good photos!) Their house sold in one month and they spoke highly of her. We then brought Michele over to sell our home and she guided us through every step of the process. In one weekend we received a great offer.
Finding the home we wanted took longer as the market has been extremely competitive for buyers this year and especially for picky ones like us. When the right one did come along, Michele worked quickly to help us to make a good offer and we got the house.

Michele was an excellent Buyer's Agent for my daughter and I. Michele helped my daughter find a condo that met her requirements and set up a portal to direct postings of listings that met a list of her requirements, which was extremely helpful. Plus all paperwork was completed on-line, which included the Purchase Agreement and the Closing Documents. The whole process was very expedient and efficient.
Finally, Michele spent a lot of time coaching my daughter through the real estate purchase process. She reviewed every document in detail and made sure my daughter completely understood the content. As we walked through the process, my daughter knew what was coming next.
