With a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson in Marketing, Michele is committed to continuous education. She joined the Weichert Realtors Summit Office as a sales agent in 2013. She helped take the Weichert Summit office to its highest level of profit since it’s opening in only 24 months; and became the Assistant Manager. She went on to manage the Madison Office for 3 years. Michele took her expertise to Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty for the last two years coaching and training agents at all levels.

Presently, Michele Zyska is at Compass New Jersey and is responsible for their residential Real Estate office in Short Hills, NJ where her leadership skills, in depth market knowledge and exceptional service expertise inspire and motivate colleagues, sales managers and sales associates to achieve their personal and professional aspirations.
