About Michelle

Focusing exclusively on coastal real estate in Charleston—Seabrook Island, Kiawah, Johns Island, and the Lowcountry beaches—many people assume Michelle has lived in the area her whole life. Yet, she was born and raised in New York, and real estate wasn’t always her profession. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and business ownership. While living in The Hamptons, she owned a luxury business serving The Hamptons, NYC, and Westchester County clientele. During these years, she developed the critical skills needed to provide clients with impeccable service.

After two decades of running her business—and raising two boys with her husband, Anthony (a custom home builder)—they decided to travel and live abroad for nearly four years. It was an excellent opportunity for them, especially the boys, to see more of the world and expose them to new possibilities for the future. Eventually, they decided to return to the States so the boys could finish school and settle in a place they all loved. After an 18-month-long search they chose Charleston, South Carolina, specifically Seabrook Island, a coastal community with lush beauty, pristine beaches, world-class golf, and amenities. It was similar to the Hamptons but better because Seabrook is a true year-round community with a mild climate. Michelle’s personal experience living in Seabrook and spending so much time searching for “the perfect spot” to build their custom beach home enables her to help her clients at every stage of the process. She lived it! She knows the drill, the hoops to jump through, and all the requirements. Because of her personal experience, she can make the journey efficient and painless for others.

Michelle wants to help her clients find the same joy and satisfaction in their coastal home. Whether she is helping her clients find an existing home, building or renovating, she and her custom home design-build team can help make the process seamless and professional. Michelle prides herself on being reliable, trustworthy, and dynamic. She aims to build and nurture long-term relationships and create positive client experiences.
