Back in 2008, I messed up and after interviewing Michelle and a number of other long term real estate agents went with one that overpriced my condo and we chased the market down until I could not afford to sell it. Fast forward 10 years and the market recovered enough to sell. Michelle again not only gave me a realistic and honest price, she also: 1) got me more than I would have let it go for and 2) looked at price of the offers but also timing of the sale as it related to me other circumstances. She is the only realtor I have used that it felt like I didn't have to do the majority of the work to get a fair price (buying or selling) and sell it when I wanted too.
