I'm a full-time resident of Margate, NJ, and a dedicated realtor with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. I've been actively licensed since 2014 and have had the privilege of earning the Circle of Excellence Silver Level Award for achieving $10 million in sales in 2023.

My journey into real estate began after graduating from Temple University in 1989. Initially, I worked in the reinsurance industry as an accountant. After taking some time off to raise my family, I sought a career that would keep me close to home. Inspired by my mother's suggestion, I ventured into real estate and haven't looked back since.

Over a decade later, I continue to love working in the real estate industry. I pride myself on closing the most challenging transactions and am known for being an exceptional problem solver and negotiator. I have sold over $35 million in new construction, establishing myself as a New Construction Expert in the area. In addition, I pride myself on selling properties with challenging issues including properties with failed septic systems.
