We were impressed with Michelle from the start! I emailed her on a Saturday (after a referral from a relative) to inquire about setting up a time to meet. She emailed me back that afternoon. That set the tone for her EXCELLENT communication skills. She is very patient and spent time showing us houses in our price range even before we were ready to buy so we could get an idea of what we could afford. She was honest and we held her opinions very highly. When we found our dream home, she provided us with quality time to look at twice. She answered all questions and has numerous local contacts if you need help with anything. The process to close was so easy because of Michelle. I would never buy or sell a house in the Morton/Pekin/Peoria area without Michelle by our side! She is the premier realtor for the area.
