My fiancé and I are under contract for our very first home! And we couldn’t have done it without Michelle. We’ve been renting in the valley for several years, hoping to carve out a permanent spot for ourselves. When a condo came on the market in CB South that was a real fixer-upper, Michelle gave us the confidence we needed to make an offer. The process has been such a learning experience and Michelle has been more than willing to teach us about each phase along the way! Now we’ve made it through the inspection resolution and are looking forward to our closing date.
