This was an unusual deal for a manufactured home. To close on the purchase took ten months and Michelle was with me all the way. Great communicator and provided updates on the process. If you decide to become a snowbird and invest in sunny Florida on the west coast you don't need to search for the best and brightest real estate agent. I have done that work for you. Michelle Carolla is out of Wesley Chapel and covers over an hour in any direction. That would be New Port Richey, Port Richey, Tampa, Sarasota etc. Michelle guided us through the finding and buying process from end-to-end successfully. We highly recommend her if you are selling or buying. She possesses many skills and resources and a huge network of contacts such as contractors and electricians if needed.

You will not find another realtor that will work as hard for you. Even if you think it is over Michelle does not and she encourages you not to give up. She is a shark stays on it until you find something. If we ever need another realtor our first call will be to Michelle.

I have purchased 2 home in my lifetime and Michelle hands down was the best realtor that we had ever dealt with. Keep in mind she is being compared to my uncle who found us our first home. We had a lot of bumps in the road but she was there to keep us calm and pushing forward. She would also take time out of her schedule for things we really needed with the house since we lived over an hour away from the new house. She played with my kids while my wife and I looked through the houses, giving us time to talk reasonably about such a big decision. Hands down the best realtor and will be reaching out soon to help my parents with finding their next home.

Michelle was great from the moment I met her. She was very professional. I was impressed with her dedication to make things happen when it came down to getting our dream home. We purchased a house 3 months ago and it was very stressful because of the bidding wars and Michelle made sure to keep a positive outlook throughout the whole process. Any issues that we encountered on the road to closing (from the lender, the insurance agent or the seller) were quickly addressed by Michelle. She was on top of things at all times. Also, since we were moving from Orlando to Tampa, Michelle made sure to be there for all the inspections and at anytime somebody needed to be at the house.
