She began her real estate career in 2004 in the Seattle/Bellevue market before opening her own children’s boutique (Charlie Barnes) in Gig Harbor in 2011. In 2018, she went back to practicing real estate full-time, with a special focus on Gig Harbor, Fox Island, Port Orchard and Tacoma. While she helps both buyers and sellers, her sweet spot is helping sellers maximize their home sale profits by giving their homes some strategic TLC before listing them. Having lived in Gig Harbor for more than 16 years, she’s developed relationships with the area’s top home and construction pros, and she passes those savings along to her clients.
