I have dealt with Michelle Churchill on 2 apartment sales in Manhattan and she has sold an Apartment to my friend from a referral by me and he was extremely happy and and made a fantastic investment. In EVERY transaction Michelle work to make the deal happen in our favor! She always had great answers when we felt confused about what our options were. I was extremely nervous being a first time buyer. Michelle instantly put my wife and I at ease. She guided us, PATIENTLY, through the entire process, and truly listened to all of our concerns. She showed us several apartments, all of which were stunning, but we finally settled on a 2 bedroom with a view of the Hudson! She even held our hands through the Coop Interview(not literally). Nothing phases her. We felt supported and taken care from our first meeting, all the way to closing.
