About Michelle

I specialize in assisting people in all aspects of real estate. Each person's needs and goals are different and I need to know about you before we can effectively work together. My first step is a consultation regardless if you are buying or selling. This first meeting allows us to get to know each other and gives me the chance to learn about your unique situation. At the conclusion of that meeting we decide if we want to work together. If you hire me you will receive exceptional service before, during and after your real estate transaction. My goal is to become your real estate adviser for life.

My husband and I have bought, built, and sold houses for the past 25 years in the area. I found that I loved the process of buying and selling. In 2013 I earned my real estate salesperson license and in 2017 I earned my broker's license.

I retired from teaching in 2014 from the Webb City School District. As a retired teacher, I understand the value of education. My goal is for you to have the most current information available so you are comfortable with the home buying and selling process. I teach real estate classes for people wanting to receive a real estate license as well as train existing agents. I have a variety of resources available to assist you in your real estate journey.

I graduated from McDonald County High School, Crowder College, Missouri Southern State University and University of Northern Colorado. I'm a retired Missouri public school teacher. I have been married to Gary Clemons since 1993. Our family attends church at Seneca Christian Church in Seneca, MO.
