Michelle has been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker since 1999. In most of those years, she has earned and maintained a top producer status. Her focus has been on transactions in Roslyn, East Hills, Old Westbury, the Brookvilles, Muttontown, Searingtown, Manhasset Hills, Jericho, and Syosset, and her reach has also included Great Neck, Kings Point, Port Washington, Sands Point, Glen Head, Glen Cove, and Melville. A dedicated professional, Michelle often says, “the most important thing for the broker to remember is helping people".

Michelle brings to each new assignment the benefit of her previous successes and experiences, her local knowledge, competitive spirit, and compassion for the people involved in each new client listing and/or customer search. She is aided by a team that includes her full-time assistant, a photographer, and an editor, and the ample resources that Compass provides. For 2007, Michelle was individually recognized by L.I. Business News as the number one residential real estate broker in all of Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties). In 2017, for 2016, Michelle was recognized, again, by L.I. Business News for her exceptional productivity. Michelle and her husband, David, a retired corporate and securities lawyer, and now also a licensed broker, working on Michelle's team have been active members of the North Shore community for more than 35 years.

Michelle publishes a quarterly newsletter, the Gazette, about the real estate market in the area, as well as other related issues within the nation and worldwide.
