Michelle helped me find a home in Gansevoort. She knew my criteria, and helped me through the ups and downs of losing a few bids. She made me feel confident about not overpaying too much for a house and letting emotions get the best of us. It all worked out for the best, because the house we bought was our 5th bid, and our favorite house out of all 5! Michelle helped us stay firm on the price we offered and saved us literally $40,000. She was a huge asset in terms of knowledge of the area, appropriate pricing for houses and what they’ll likely sell for (she was right 5/5 times with us- we just didn’t want to overbid so high to win). She’s bubbly, fun, and easy to work with. We felt she cared about us and that’s why she’s getting this review.

Michele has been an outstanding realtor. We had something very specific in mind for our cabin retreat and she has been very attentive to our needs. She has shown us countless properties and been so informative on permit requirements, area recommendations and even structural knowledge of the dwellings. She is funny, personable and gives you the feeling that you are her top priority! We highly recommend her!!

I recently had a major life change that required me to sell my home of 17+ years in Ballston Spa, and I was at a loss as to where to start. But then I remembered that a high school classmate was a real estate agent with Cartier Real Estate Group, so I immediately "phoned a friend." Michelle responded immediately, we had a lovely and informational conversation, and set up a time for her to come look over my home - which was within 2 business days. Michelle came prepared with a market analysis, and her confidence and professionalism had me immediately signing on with her and Cartier. She listed the house on a Friday, and I had an offer that evening - above asking price - which I ultimately accepted the following day. And the best part was I was able to close within only 7 weeks. I couldn't have been happier!

As a first time home seller, I was a bit anxious but Michelle was with me every step of the way. She was patient, knowledgeable, and provided me with sound advice during the entire process.
