Just had the privilege of working with Michelle for the first time as an attorney on one of her transactions. Despite some difficulties with the transaction, Michelle showed remarkable fortitude and creativity in seeking solutions, rather than exacerbating the problems. Sadly, I cannot say the same about the other realtor. Highly recommend and hope to work with her again in the near future!

From the moment we met Michelle DelCourt I knew we had found the right person to help us in the sale of our home.
Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of preparing a home to sell. She guided us every step of the way, from where to place a piece of furniture to what to hang on a wall! She was always quick to answer a text or a phone call if we had a question or issue (and there were quite a few)
Not only did she answer questions but she was very calming and reassuring. When we got several offers after only showing for 2 days, she sat with us and guided us through which was in our best interest. Every aspect of the sale went smoothly thanks to Michelle. She is a genuine person and will never “sugar coat” things. We felt extremely comfortable with her, as if we had been friends for years!
We would 150% recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sell their home or buy a home.
