Michelle really came through for us in the brutal covid housing market. She has a wealth of knowledge and depth of experience and was able to provide us with timely information on listings really well-suited to our needs, even giving us potential ideas for renovations based on work done in similar properties she'd recently sold -- she's really got her finger on the pulse of the local market. She's very responsive, was very available through the whole process, and there was literally no question she couldn't answer. When we were in a competitive multiple bid situation, she helped us put together a winning offer and was really on top of things, communicating regularly with us and the seller. She's smart, honest, and kind -- completely a pleasure to work with!
