I was so fortunate to find and enlist Michelle in my search to find a property in La Jolla. I was an out of state buyer and without Michelle I would not have been successful in accomplishing the purchase. My process took over a year to complete and Michelle was there to traverse the trials and tribulations of the purchase. Michelle is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and best of all a wonderful person. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone buying or selling property in the San Diego area especially La Jolla or Pacific Beach.

Michelle recently helped me with another transaction, this time selling an investment property. She did an excellent job including working with the Tenant from Hades!

Michelle is very experienced and knew the ins and outs of working well with the tenant, buyer, escrow, title, lenders, etc. She also is remarkably quick to respond to emails and texts.
