We’ve had such a great experience renting from Fox rental Management. From the very beginning, everything has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. The home itself is clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which made it easy for us to settle in and feel comfortable right away.

We also take a lot of pride in caring for the home and property ourselves, so it means a lot to be in a place that’s been well looked after on both sides. It really feels like a mutual level of respect, which you don’t always find when renting.

Any time we’ve had a question or needed something, communication has been quick, helpful, and easy. Knowing things will be handled efficiently gives us a lot of peace of mind.

The entire process from application to move in was seamless. I worked with Olivia and she was on the ball every step of the way helping me with questions, and answering emails immediately. She made the process so easy for me. I loved everything about it from the concierge service setting up my cable and power to the easy move in. The property was ready for me to move in. They absolutely have this down and were very organized. I have been with Fox Realty for a year now. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. They have bent over backwards to help me. They have fun contests to enter for which is so different from any other realty company I have ever been with. They have been so responsive if I call or email they take care of me immediately. The communication was awesome from the time I went to look at the property. I spoke with Emily she text me the breakdown of what was required and needed. Would absolutely recommend Fox management to anyone, We had a great experience with the rental company. The two years that we were there we had only two issues that were taken care of within days and with the highest professionalism. We would not have moved if it wasn’t for my husband‘s job. Fox Rentals managed our townhouse rental in Clayton from 2011 to 2021. They did an excellent job of resident selection, provided great customer service for the tenant and to my husband and I, as Owners. They always notified us of any maintenance issues and provided a choice of vendors to make all repairs. Their monthly and annual reporting was both accurate and timely.

With a strong Real Estate market, we decided to sell the townhouse and Fox Realty listed and sold it for us within 30 days.

We feel fortunate that we selected Michelle and Steve Fox (and staff) at Fox Rentals/Fox Realty to manage and then sell our rental.

I have the unfortunate luck of renting living spaces all over the u.s. due to my employment. Fox Rental is definitely in my top 3 rental agency's in this great country of ours. Everybody that I speak to at the office is nice and wears a smile. Reading through some these reviews they're seems to be alot of complaints about repairs, let me tell you, I have not one complaint about service or repairs. Paula is always quick to get back when I leave massage, has an ultra friendly and inviting attitude, makes you feel like she truly wants to get things fix. Not to mention the people that do the repairs do a good job, they come out once, no need to make additional trips, just the way it should be.

Final words to wrap this up, I would rent from Fox again without any hesitation.

We called, left a message and Paula called back, asking if it was an emergency. It wasn't but I was impressed with the quick return call and her concern. I rented from Fox for a little over 2 years. Steve, Michelle and the whole team were wonderful! they were easy to get a hold of when we needed something and very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone to rent/buy from them!

Michelle and Steve are not only amazing people, but as professional as they come. I rented my house through them for the last 4 years and they ensured the renters were suitable and that the house was kept in good condition. They had the house inspected regularly and sent pictures which are uploaded to the portal. They were so good to me that I used them to tell the same house and it sold in 2 days. If I ever need to rent my home again, they will be on speed dial!

We have been renting from Fox Rental for 4 years now and I'm sad to not be a customer any longer. They are kind and courteous. The most willing to help.
Anytime there was a problem with the rental, they were quick to address it. They followed up and made sure that the problem was resolved.
They care about the renter and not just the owner of the property. Paying online is quick and easy.

I rented from Fox Rental Management for about 1 year and 4 months. The only problem I had was with the AC unit and it was fixed within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Fox Rental Management. Michelle and her staff were always available when I had any type of question.

I and my fiancé moved into one of their house they have. When we first moved in we had a few small issues and tried to get them fixed as quickly as possible. They had this one person working there by the name of Tara that was not so nice. Even her emails made me feel like nothing. I spoke with Steve fox and he fixed the issues right away. A few months go by I have no problem the let me know it is time for my 90 evaluation and they do a walk through. By the way they did not touch anything in the house. Everything was where my fiancé and I left it showing that they are trustworthy. When winter time came around we notice the doors were letting in draft. Took them a day or two to fix but got it done quickly. After a while we felt right at home. They did not bother us with small stuff and when we needed them they were a phone call away. They emailed you back within a few hours and if you called the receptionist would be there to answer. I spoke with Michelle a few times and she was great person to talk to.
Whenever I had any issues I spoke directly with Corinne, great person and full of energy. Whenever I stopped by she would always talk to me even if it was 2 min. she definitely made me feel welcome there.

Unfortunately we had to move out before our lease was up due to personal issues not related to them. Michelle understood and worked with us to ensure that first me and my fiancé were ok and not just straight to business (oh you can’t live there any more well I’ll be sending you to court anyway). She made me feel like a person and not a transaction. If we return to NC I would definitely rent from Fox rental again.
