I don’t even know where to start really. I contacted Michelle a year ago TODAY to look at a house that was in the process of being built. We had no intentions of buying, my husband wanted to see it because the listing didn’t show the master bath or front of the house in pictures. She suggested we go ahead and get a Letter of Approval from the bank while she schedules an appointment…just in case we change our minds. That “just in case” not only changed our minds, it changed our LIVES! We were under contract within days of that viewing for a Lot we were able to choose and a house designed to our needs in the same neighborhood; and the beginning of an incredible real estate journey with Michelle by our sides every step of the way.

At the same time, Michelle got to work on what needed to be done to sell the house my husband had raised his children and lived in for over 20 years. She provided tips and ideas on what we should focus on because we were already in the middle of making much needed upgrades. When the time came, she hired an amazing photographer and suggested we do a “coming soon” listing to generate interest. We were on board because we didn’t expect there to be much interest except from investors. Because of her hard work, forward thinking and due diligence, we received a seller’s dream offer within HOURS from a couple who were first time home buyers!

Fast forward a few months of living in between homes to closing day of our brand new, just built home…the ball has been dropped and someone on the builder’s side didn’t do their job. The bank didn’t have the documents they needed to send to the title company and closing was cancelled! I was distraught and literally in tears. Michelle threw on a hat she shouldn’t have had to and started making phone calls, throwing out ideas to resolve issues and encouraging me to breathe through the stress, reassuring me the entire time it’s going to be okay.

When all was said and done, her blood and sweat (and my tears) paid off. SHE MADE IT HAPPEN AND we closed the very next morning! What’s even better, after the transaction, Michelle is here, right by our sides! We are three months in and she still reaches out to make sure everything is running smoothly, asking if there is anything we need and providing informative content with respect to being homeowners of a newly built residence.

I can’t express enough what an INCREDIBLE real estate journey Michelle led us through. When you hire her for your real estate needs, rest assured you will find someone trustworthy, genuine and knowledgeable inside and out. She is a true mover and shaker, making things happen with your best interests in mind.

Very trustable. She is a good, responsible and professional realtor. Our whole family bought 5 different property through her. She is a hard working realtor will spend time with you to check some “day dreaming” houses.
We bought a primary house through her with only twice scheduled visiting.
Good realtor has to:
1. Know what you want. Many home buyers actually are not clear what they are looking for
2. Guide you to buy the house you want. Realtor needs to push you in the right time. The timing and comfort is important
3. Make the deal.Win the bids!

She totally got my trust. When we are ready, we wish we could buy more investment houses from her also.

Michelle is an amazing realtor from start to finish. We were lacking a lot on the knowledge side of things and she went beyond to help us understand and explain things. When we did find our dream home, she did everything in her power to make sure we received it. She is very prompt and honest which is hard to find in any line of work. I would highly recommend her to everyone and will be using her again if we ever decide to leave our dream home.

As a first time home buyer, I was thoroughly out of my element and was not quite sure what to expect; but Michelle helped make the whole process simple and much easier than I ever expected. She was considerate of my desires and was always asking questions to better gauge what she could do to help me and was always there to help communicate with builders/sellers. Her knowledge base is definitely vast and helped on multiple occasions from financing to building codes.
As the cherry on top, Michelle is such a kind and enjoyable person to work with; one can really tell she loves what she does. I could not recommend Michelle enough and I fully plan to work with her in the future whether as a buyer or a seller.

Michelle Garcia is a miracle worker! She solved problems for us in selling our house that we had no idea how to even approach. She was patient with our efforts to get it ready. Absolute saint about that! We are prepping a second house we own that she will be selling for us and we know we can trust her absolutely to help us and to deal with us fairly. She helped us get into our new house when we thought we would never be able to get to that finish line. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her company.
