I really wish there were more stars to give Michelle Graziani..
She was an absolute joy to work with. Michelle comes with so much experience, knowledge, and vast network of contacts that helped us in our home buying process. From locating a home, to title, to financing... She made it all happen.

Michelle recently helped us sell our townhome as well as locate and purchase our forever home. She took the time to understand my family's needs, had a plan from the start, and executed it flawlessly. I truly did not expect things to go this smooth, and it's all thanks to Michelle. She kept me on top of the things I had to do, helped me with any questions or concerns I had, and set me on the right path to close on my home. Michelle's "leave no stone unturned" work ethic was so appreciated and I honestly feel spoiled. This whole home buying process can be so intimidating, and down right scary, but Michelle took it all by the horns and was our shield & sword.

I will only go to Michelle in the future and I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone interested in selling or buying a home.

Michelle was a joy to work with and she helped us find the perfect home and close in record speed. We especially appreciated her straightforwardness (e.g. on any concerns with potential houses), the ease of using her online portal to look for homes, her responsiveness, and her ongoing support during several time-sensitive steps of our home-buying process despite being away on vacation with her family. Buying a home can be stressful, but working with Michelle was a consistent bright spot and we’d absolutely work with her again in the future.

I would highly recommend Michelle as a real estate agent. I was referred to her by another agent and could not have been more pleased with her level of real estate expertise, support, and communication. I was out of state helping an elderly family member sell her house after 40 years of living there and Michelle was tireless in communicating and supporting both the sale process and my family member. We had many hurdles to overcome with the sale and she went above and beyond to complete the transaction. Her personal approach and compassion made all of the difference in my family member selling her home and moving on to her next chapter. We are so grateful to have been connected with Michelle!

Where would we be without Michelle?
Her knowledge, experience, and expertise in this business is hands down the best.

It took my husband and I years to find out where we wanted to have our forever home. We considered every scenario too. A fixer upper, a new build, a move in ready pre-built. And every single time we changed our mind, Michelle was there with her patience and advice. Need a contractor for a fixer upper? She’s got a great one. Need a contact at the county for a perc test question? She’s got that too. Need a recommended builder or contact there? Even the guy who helped wash our carpets before we moved was recommended by Michelle. (And those things were sparkling!!) She knows what she’s doing and she has the experience to help you every step of the way.
I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Michelle for everything! We literallllly wouldn’t be here without you.
