Bluegrass Home Group was started after Founder, Michelle Gunter, saw the need for consumers to have a higher level of service than most Realtors offer. We very quickly noticed the need to sit down and educate our consumers on what to expect during the buying and selling process. Even the most experienced buyers & sellers were not able to keep up with the rapid changes in the market and lending industry. We are in the Top 1% of all Realtors in the area.
