Michelle’s clients are always her top priority. As a Midland resident for more than 41 years, Michelle has put her boundless energy to work in many areas in the community she loves. Some of these include leading Boy Scouts (and having all three sons become Eagle Scouts!), MADD, Midland Cancer Services, local schools, and Midland Evangelical Free Church. Michelle and her husband Marty (also a Realtor at Ayre/Rhinehart and a terrific partner) have raised 4 adult children and understands the demands of busy families. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from Central Michigan University gives her a firm grasp of the financial decisions faced by buyers and sellers as she provides counsel in their home decisions. She is a member of the Midland Board of Realtors, Bay County Association of Realtors MLS, Residential Real Estate Council, The Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
