Michele was recommended to us many years ago by a mutual friend. We enlisted Michele to help us find a home when we were relocating to Jupiter from out of the state. Our experience with Michele was the best we had ever had buying a home. Michele went out of her way to make our buying experience pleasant and as stress-free as possible. Over the years Michele has assisted us in buying and selling other homes. Her professionalism, expertise and committment to us as her client have always exceeded our expectations. I first began working with Michelle in November 2009. I was looking to change jobs and move from Connecticut to Florida, and Michelle was recommended by everyone at my prospective company. Over the following year we placed offers on 3 houses and came to within 7 days of closing on a short sale - she showed us lots of houses as we tried to finalize our wish list to a must have list. During that year I spoke to other agents but each time decided Michelle was the best choice. Finally we found our current house - a short sale; Michelle negotiated our $50,000 below listing offer and got agreements from the seller and 2 banks. She then went on to make the deal happen - pushing agreements from an HOA with a $10,000 lien, resolving property line easements, resolving incomplete permits - on closing day she drove to the county planner's office and collared the inspector in the the parking lot! She was committed and resolved to making our closing on time. The reason I am writing this endorsement, is that a week after the closing she visited the house where my wife was working to clean out the kitchen; Michelle was wearing cleaning clothes and had a packed lunch - she then spent the day scrubbing and getting down and dirty making the kitchen shine!! I strongly recommend this very professional lady to anyone moving into the Palm Beach/Jupiter area.

Michelle came highly recommended to us by a former satisfied customer of hers. During our initial phone conversation, she spent a lot of time determining what we were looking for. Her questions were on point, and her expertise regarding the areas we were interested in was beyond impressive. That was only the beginning. She showed us numerous condos in order for us to explore all that Jupiter, Juno, Singer Island and Tequesta had to offer. She provided written information on every condo we saw. She was patient, and really gave us the feeling that our happiness was pivotal. This alone explains her reputation as a top realtor. She helped us purchase our condo in Paradise, and we recommended her to many potential buyers. Their reaction is always the same ~ she is amazing!
