Michelle Humes is a realtor who combines her world class experience with her hometown expertise. As the wife of an international opera singer, Michelle has traveled to the most exotic locales on the planet while keeping her roots right here in Peachtree City. As a second-generation educator, she taught at both Starrs Mill High School in Peachtree City as well as the prestigious Bavarian International School in Munich, Germany before becoming a real estate agent.
In 2015, Michelle began what she thought would be part-time work to selling over $8,000,000 in her first year of real estate. Within two years, she had sold $20 million and, in 2018, started a real estate team that today has over 40 agents and a staff of 10 with over $200 million in total sales. She has appeared on the cover of Real Producers Magazine and was featured twice as a rising star in the Atlanta market.
Michelle has appeared on multiple national stages, speaking on a variety of topics from how to use video to exponentially increase your business to sharing her skills for how to build a strong, successful team in under three years. Whether speaking to groups or coaching someone individually, she is always excited about opportunities to be generous with her knowledge and skills, believing that giving back is an important fundamental in life.
While leading a multi-million dollar team, Michelle continues to be committed to the community she has called home since age four. Michelle and her husband serve as ambassadors for Wellspring Living, a nationally known non-profit organization in Atlanta that provides sex trafficking victims with life changing recovery services and resources. She also supports her local public schools, having served as a PTO president and on the Superintendent’s Committee.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Michelle now lives in her multi-generational home in Peachtree City with her husband, Steven, and their two daughters, Estella and Nora.
