I felt that Michelle was connected and interested during the process of finding me the perfect home. And...patient. She was always happy to spend all the time I needed answering questions and walking me through the short sale process after we found my perfect home. She was always aggressively working for me - even when it came to the lender, and the additional things that came up for me personally, such as trying to get moved alone - and all the things that entails after the purchase was complete, while my husband was serving in Iraq. Her connections to the community, attention to and understanding of the importance of details, and willingness to help proved to be invaluable.
