She is an SRES and has the knowledge, education and experience to counsel her clients through this overwhelming transition and works closely with all parties involved to make it a smooth transaction. Michelle has charity organizations she works with to donate items and rubbish removal companies to help empty out your house. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and will help you get your property ready to list, whether you are looking to make updates before selling or help give you ideas on how to minimize. She is a Relocation Specialist if you are moving out of the area and has moving companies she works with and has Douglas Elliman agents to put you in touch with all over the United States. Michelle was born and raised in Florida and moved to New York City to further her career. She worked at Moody’s Financial Services for 7 years as their Corporate Accounting Manager.
