I can't say enough positive things about Michelle. My husband and I purchased our first home last week and we knew nothing about purchasing a home. Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. During "agent saturated times", she really stood apart from all the others. She represented the buyers on a property I sold, and she was there every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, her functionality was perfect and she used her expertise to not only get her buyers a good deal, but she was also able to win the deal among several competing offers. Many times, price is not everything, it is more about certainty of close. Her actions as a buyer's agent made me as a seller feel confident that she had the customers who could get the deal done. The TE/MAX Elite Team made up of Michelle McKinney and Karin Mann were amazing! Their marketing strategies including photography, video, mailings, and social media led to our home selling the first day it was listed and the price we were hoping to get! Despite being in the middle of a pandemic they were able to schedule appraisals, inspection, and final closing without any issues. Emails and texts were always responded to in a timely manner- often within minutes. As stressful as selling a home as well as preparing to move Michelle and Karin made the process easy with their attention to every single detail, I cannot recommend The Elite Team high enough! It’s obvious they love what they do and we loved working with them. The Elite Team is the only real estate team we will ever use in the future.
