Let me just start by saying that Michelle is absolutely amazing, I was a first time home buyer and honestly had no idea right from wrong during the whole process, Michelle was always just a text away or even a call ! But she always got the answer for me. If I was unable to find that for there was an issue she was on it within minutes! She made my family by in our 1st home the most wonderful experience ever, and I will never go through another realtor! Thank you so much, Michellle!!

Michelle was VERY patient with me in a delicate, emotional time in my life. I downsized my mother into a smaller house and then go back and make repairs to her house before putting in the market. Not only did she help me get my first house, she help my friend buy and sell hers!! So you'd think that be it Transaction done right. Michelle helped us through every step of the selling process, from helping us price our home appropriately, providing staging advice, and walking us through the inspection/appraisal/sale process step-by-step. Her advertising and professional photos earned us two bids on the first day we went active, both over list price! She stayed in contact during the entire inspection/appraisal/closing process and even set us up with a timeline via her website so we knew key dates and deliverables.
