Michelle Moran is a unicorn in the world of realtors. She is someone who loves what she does and is exceptional at it. She was readily accessible to answer all our questions and alleviate concerns. Michelle was also very understanding and respectful with the emotions tied to selling a childhood home. She fought for us when it mattered and knew exactly how to market our home. We never had to question if she was doing enough and she made the selling process relatively easy. Michelle Moran is a true professional and a great negotiator who earned our trust from the start. Michelle helped us sell our Winter Park condo in a market with impending federal interest rate hikes.
Michelle was excellent! She advised us how to stage the property, how to price the property, how and exactly when to advertise the property, and how to negotiate the contract we accepted.
