Michelle Myers-Williams diverse real estate career spans over 33 years. When it comes to real estate there are few things Michelle has not done. As a Realtor, mortgage broker, real estate investor, office manager, and successful business owner. Michelle’s experience is a tremendous advantage in guiding her clients through each and every aspect of their real estate transaction.
Michelle began her career as a real estate agent working in San Diego, California. She enjoyed working with the financing process thus expanding into the mortgage industry. She then moved onto wholesale lending where problem solving and customer skills made her the leader in the field. While maintaining her Real Estate license, Michelle also began investing in Multi family real estate, 1031 exchanges, land development . She started a property management company, leading to establishing her own residential lending company ASAP Mortgage Services LC. Michelle’s extensive education, hard work and dedication to her clients, she recently chose to be affiliated with Re/Max Five Star Realty where she can continue working with clients making there real estate dreams become reality.
