She is very personable and gracious, yet tactfully assertive. Not afraid to take charge. She goes to bat for you and gets the job done. Michelle is the absolute best! She helped us to get a contract on a new house and then get a contract on our old house in the span of about two weeks! As you might imagine, there were a couple of glitches, but with her 17 years of knowledge and experiences a realtor, she dealt with them quickly and effectively.

One of the most unique things Michelle did… On our settlement date, she distributed flyers to about 30 of our new neighbors inviting them to an hour, long celebration gathering at our new house, with lemonade and cookies, to officially meet us and welcome us to the neighborhood. Four couples showed up and we instantly had friends in our new neighborhood.

Michelle got right to work and helped us find our perfect home. Jump to 2024 and we’re once again off to our next location. This past May, Michelle Nicely was instrumental in coordinating work that needed to be done to prepare my nephew and his wife's Fredericksburg, Virginia home for sale when they had an unexpected family emergency that required them to leave the area sooner than planned.
