I knew Michelle was an excellent realtor because she always gives 1000% to everything she does. She's taken more professional development and certifications than any realtor I know, so when my husband and I were ready to sell our rent house, we knew we wanted Michelle for her expertise. The effort she took in staging our house, keeping us up to date on how many showings each day with feedback, then helping us during negotiations was amazing. She also helped us so much with the inspection and everything we needed to handle timely after it. Mike was headed out of the country, and she arranged everything for us just in case it sold while he was gone - which of course it did. Our house sold fast when it was supposedly not a good time to sell. If you want to sell your house fast with a professional who will handle all the details for you, Michelle is your person.

But more than that she treats you like family, not just another sell which as we all know in today's world that's a hard quality to find. The level of professionalism and ability to easily communicate with was top notch while working with Michelle. With unexpected issues arising, we were able to work together, jointly, to get to the solution and keep the clients happy on both sides of the file! She was quick to respond and very courteous in her approach and delivery of conversation. We need more transactions like this to help shift the culture and mindset of what we do as Realtors. Selling this house was an adventure, to say the least. Just about every curve ball imaginable seemed to find its way in to our sale. We had it all. Multiple offers. A buyer that pulled out. Contingencies. The state of Arkansas was hacked, causing a delay in closing. The home was broken in to while it was vacant..... You name it, it happened. But, to be honest, I didn't really have to deal with any of it. Michelle handled it all. When the state got hacked, she handled all of the issues it caused. When our buyer had delay after delay because of the state, she handled it. When things were about to go sideways, she kept me sane. When our house was broken in to and the locks destroyed, she picked new locks up from me and put them on herself. I never had to set foot in the house. When other people told me I'd be pushing it to get X amount of dollars out of the sale, she assured me they were crazy and she listed it for more than twice that and had an offer in like five days for full ask. When that one fell through, she handled it all and kept me positive. When I was ready to drop the price, she encouraged me to wait one more week. I did and she was right. We got an offer, we countered, it was accepted. For more than it would have been listed at the time had I not trusted Michelle.
To be honest, this is the third time we've used Michelle as our realtor. I was sent her information from someone I trusted when we needed a realtor for my father in laws house after he passed away (another house she listed significantly higher than the other two realtors we were talking to at the time and we had an offer for more than asking price and a backup in less than 72 hours). She then helped my family find our current home which is perfect for us and then she helped us with this one. And she is actively working with my dad to get HIM the perfect house. I've had to spearhead one other real estate transaction for my dad and I realize exactly how much Michelle has ruined me for other realtors. None of them have the drive, motivation, or communication skills that Michelle has repeatedly demonstrated. If you need a realtor who is going to do the research, prioritize you, continue to push herself to be better, communicate, and will shoulder as much of the crazy as she possibly can to make everything as easy for you as possible, I would recommend Michelle without hesitation.
