Stellar experience with Michelle! We knew Michelle had a great reputation and after our first meeting with her knew that there was a reason why! We had reached out to her with short notice telling her we needed to list and sell our house ASAP and she showed up with so much knowledge and advice on how to get that done. We decided to trust her with selling our home in Sunfield. She went above and beyond in every way to make sure we sold our home as quick as possible while ensuring we were well taken care of. Michelle was great! From the 1st phone call, we could tell Michelle knew her stuff...always available and willing to answer any questions we had. If we asked a question she didn't have the immediate answer to(due to the builders), she would make the calls right away to find the answer and get back to us. She never left us in the dark about anything... Her communication with us was excellent!

Incredible experience with Michelle! Throughout the process of selling our home, Michelle was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind! We listed our house in a slow market and Michelle stayed on top of different strategies to keep the listing fresh. She always came prepared with data and helped to make decisions based on that. We moved into our new home about an hour away before our house sold and there were several freezes where Michelle went out of her way to make sure our house was prepared for the weather so we didn’t have to make the drive. We really appreciated this & it helped to make our selling experience that much better. We highly recommend Michelle!

Wonderful to work with . Michelle was very knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the whole selling process. The initial talk was very informative and she guided us through what to expect and things we should do to make the house more sellable. Throughout the process she was always available and explained everything well. Once we went to market, the house got a really great offer within a week and she guided us through the negotiations and closings. From the very beginning, Michelle made us feel completely comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. She is warm, pleasant, positive, and an absolute joy to be around — the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease during what can otherwise be a stressful process. At the same time, she is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always puts her clients first.

Her communication is on an entirely different level. Michelle responds to emails and texts immediately, without exception — even while on vacation and even right after having a baby. I honestly don’t know how she does it, but it made us feel prioritized, heard, and completely taken care of every step of the way.

Above & Beyond. Michelle went above and beyond when I needed to sell my dad’s house after he passed away. Michelle would respond to my texts in a timely manner, she pulled in the trash cans for me on days I could not make the drive to Buda, her husband came to pitch in and help with a sprinkler issue and she recommended great service people for me. We were so pleased with Michele that we used her twice.
When we moved to Kyle, we were introduced to Michelle and liked her immediately. We decided on having a new house built. She was very instrumental in helping through each stage of building the house. The house turned out as we had hoped, and she helped us work with the builder when needed.
When it came time to sell it, we called her back since she already knew so much about the house, and she had done so well for us in the purchase of the home.
We had multiple offers after listing it, and she guided us in making our decision. The sale went as smoothly as the purchase had.

When we were looking for a realtor it seemed like there were so many out there, but none were listening to our wants and needs.
