Wow, Michelle made selling our home easy, from pre-inspection for any needed repairs prior to going on the market, to not only providing the bark, she also helped spread it in our flower beds to spruce the home up. Her dedication and availability is spot on, followed up with realtors whom showed the house, had amazing videos made of the home and sold both our propertys for us. Michelle is amazing and professional, she stated right up front what we could expect from our deal . She also stated right up front what her roll was and what benefits we could expect with hiring her as our agent. Not only did she meet all of the expectations she exceeded them Above and beyond. Night or day did not matter she was always available and made our transaction a priority. Michelle was amazing throughout the entire process of our home sale and subsequent purchase of a new home. Many times she received late night texts or calls from me about homes to see or reasons I may have been worried or frustrated about the process. She never complained! When I apologized for these things her response was always "do not worry! It's my job" but I'm convinced she was doing more than what her job requires her to do. She puts her clients' needs as top priority and ALWAYS with a cheerful tone and a smile on her face. The amount of knowledge she has and the people she knows for how, when, and who to get needed work and repairs done to homes is second to none. My family appreciate her and everything she has done for us. We are now in our forever home thanks to Michelle Russell.
