Welcome to my profile. My name is Michelle Rutter, formerly Michelle Hoyt. When you hire me, I prioritize your goals through frequent communication, transparency, and integrity. My bachelor’s degree in interior design and my three decades of experience in new home construction and real estate, especially my background as a trainer, enables me to educate and guide my clients. I have lived in the city of Chicago and its suburbs; my coverage area is expansive. I am a full-time Broker and REALTOR ®, celebrating my 12th year with the RE/MAX brand, and I serve home sellers, buyers, renters, and residential property investors. Being best prepared to help my clients is very important to me so I have obtained four designations: (ABR®) Accredited Buyer Representative, (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist, (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and (RENE) Real Estate Negotiating Expert.
When I am not working, I can be found golfing, riding my bike, walking my dogs, attending a major sporting event, or taking in a movie. From each of my closed transactions, I donate to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, with proceeds benefiting Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
