Michelle provides vast experience representing residential buyers and sellers, small businesses and developers who are actively expanding Pittsburgh’s housing stock. Her methods include innovative sales strategies and tech driven analysis, centric in assisting with the nuances of determining value and acquiring property in the Pittsburgh market; with neighborhood-specific data derived from recorded and forecasted data, including but not limited to the use of artificial intelligence based research.

Michelle’s objective is simple; to match clients with the properties that are right for them while providing comprehensive data, excellent customer service, due diligence, transaction assistance, and concierge resources for clients who are relocating to or from the greater Pittsburgh area.

Persistent on honing her craft, Michelle seeks to stay ahead of industry trends and practices, not only to satisfy her natural curiosity, but as an effort to outwit the adverse conditions and competition the market presents. Michelle believes in seeking out experts in their respective fields, mentors, and peers who support and challenge her to maximize her performance in both leadership and market strategy.

Michelle is passionate about social purposes in real estate, to help lead efforts towards more equitable, regenerative, and healthier communities for all. Michelle is an active community member with a focus on women’s health. As such, she serves on the advisory board for the Alexis Joy D’Achille Foundation, a local non profit working to expand internationally to provide and improve upon existing maternal mental health programs.
