Michelle Scholl is simply the most experienced, friendly and effective real estate agent we've ever worked with, bar none. We found Michelle through our daughter and her husband who worked with her to buy a home. They sang Michelle's praises and we were soon working with her to find our next dream home. Because we were "out of town" buyers our situation was a lot more challenging. Combine that with the global pandemic, the most inflationary real estate market in history and our long list of "must haves" and Michelle handled all this with ease. Not Michelle. With every conversation, with every showing, with every disappointment, Michelle was the ultimate, positive influence giving us counsel, encouragement and renewed hope better than the best psychiatrist. Michelle is a great listener and right away we could tell she understood us. Our search took a year and a half, grueling for us but even more so for Michelle who treated us like we were always her most important clients. With every opportunity, Michelle outlined the pros and cons and the bidding strategy we should use for every situation. Sometimes we were anxious and uncertain, but we trusted Michelle and we learned how effective she is navigating the complex search, the marketplace, and our desires. When we mentioned how much we loved a particular neighborhood near our kids and granddaughter, Michelle patiently focused until the perfect home came on the market in that neighborhood. With no guarantee we could win the bid without grossly overpaying, Michelle intelligently counseled our bid strategy and to our surprise, we won (without overpaying)! Her experience, patience, determination, and personality made this home purchase the best we've ever had. We highly recommend Michelle. Our home is beautiful, and perfect for our life stage and we'll be forever grateful to Michelle for the important role she played in our happiness and future.

We moved to IL from CO during a storm and with a short amount of time to find a house and very little knowledge of the area. Michelle was AMAZING to work with. Her extensive knowledge of the communities we were looking at along with her calm and professional demeanor made our move pleasant. We also chose to use Michelle for the sale of our house just recently, and again, calm, reassuring and amazing to work with. We HIGHlY recommend using Michelle. You wont regret it!
