Michelle Sebastian

Michelle and her husband, Kevin, are a team of dedicated real estate professionals. Michelle has been working closely with area Realtors® since 2008 when she started her virtual tour business, Hoosier 3D Imaging. She has photographed many homes and has had the pleasure of working with many respected listing agents. Michelle attended Indiana University in Bloomington and was first licensed to sell real estate in 1994. Although she decided not to pursue her real estate career at that time, her interest never left, so after working several years as a successful store manager for The Cellular Connection (TCC), the largest Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the country, she started her virtual tour business. As Store Manager with TCC, Michelle spent nearly as much time with customers as her staff. She really enjoyed learning about customers' lifestyles and business needs so that she could use her product knowledge to make the right recommendations for them personally. She applies those same principles to real estate by learning about her clients needs, their lifestyle and preferences in order to find a property that they will love or to effectively market their home to appeal to the right buyers. Kevin is a Firefighter, EMT and the assistant chief of the Fruitdale Volunteer Fire Company in beautiful Brown County. He gets a great deal of satisfaction donating his time and energy to provide a much needed service to the community. Kevin spent 15 years working for an environmental waste management company, then joined Michelle in real estate in the Spring of 2017. It was Kevin's dedication and hard work that made it possible for Michelle to pursue a full-time career in real estate. Kevin and Michelle married in 2014 and have been immersed in the real estate business together ever since. They are members of Unity Baptist Church where they enjoy being members of the choir. Together they have four children and four grandchildren. Although they enjoy the laid-back feeling of living in Brown County, they are an energetic and hard-working couple and are ready to work aggressively to help you accomplish your goal!
