About Michelle

Michelle has been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty (formerly Coldwell Banker Burnet) since 2002. More than two decades in the business has flown by! After college, Michelle started working in Marketing and jumped in with both feet into her first real estate purchase, a duplex in St. Paul. With a mortgage payment around $120/month at that time (after renters covered much of the mortgage), it was an economical way to live and a great intro into home ownership and investing in real estate! As her friends started thinking about buying homes, she quickly learned that she loved being an advocate for them and helping in their home search. Michelle eventually transitioned from her Marketing position to being a Full-Time Realtor and never looked back. The marketing and advertising background proved helpful in marketing homes for top dollar and within a competitive timeline. With an art background, it’s no surprise that one of her favorite parts of the job is the creativity of helping clients envision how a new home could be updated or reimagined. Staging homes for sale is also a great creative outlet and nothing feels better than hearing sellers say “I wish the house had always looked like this!” once they see their home staged for showings when it is ready to go on the market.
