Her constant communication and coordination were essential with all parties in selling the home. She shows a passion for her work. She gives great advice on what needs to be done to sell a home. The home sold quickly because of her work ethic. My expectations were met and then some. I would recommend Michelle as an agent and would hire her again for my real estate transactions.

As first time home buyers we were way over our heads. I had no idea the amount of time and work that went into buying a house. Thank goodness we didn't have to do it alone. We had Michelle! She was so good to us. She answered each and every one of our questions and was always a phone call or email away! We worked along side her the whole process we were truly a team. As a first time home buyer, the process was extremely overwhelming but Michelle was so amazing in every aspect. There was never a time when she could not answer my questions with her vast knowledge and she always put my fears and concerns to rest very quickly. If the time ever comes where I should need to sell my home and move again I can guarantee the only realtor I will ever use or ever recommend is Michelle. She is just such a fountain of knowledge and her character is just impeccable in my book. If I could persuade everyone looking to buy or sell to use only Michelle I would in a heart beat.

We were extremely satisfied with Michelle all around. Her knowledge of the real estate market/business in our area was very impressive. She was super sharp about what we needed to do before we put our place on the market. After that we had a steady flow of buyers looking at our place. In the 3+ months our place was on the market we had over 25 showings! Michelle always made us feel like we were her only clients.She was really nice and down to earth and I now consider her a friend. You can't go wrong with Michelle!

Michelle helped us buy and sell a house. I had had a bad experience with a previous realtor and with Michelle it was the complete opposite; it was a great experience! Michelle wrote a great description of our home online and created pamphlets for interested buyers to take home with them, which was a nice touch. We were looking to buy a house in a different area than Michelle usually works in (about an hour away), and Michelle never complained about the drive and she accommodated us by showing us houses on Sundays. Michelle did a good job listening to what we wanted and knowing when we weren’t in love with a property. Michelle helped us in the negotiation process, by easily explaining to us what our options were. Michelle was quick to respond to emails and always knew the answer to our many questions. I will use Michelle in the future for all my real estate needs and I highly recommend her to anyone during the stressful house buying and/or selling process

I highly recommend Michelle with any home buying or selling services. She was extremely patient with us as it took almost a year to find our home. Anytime I would ask her to show us a house she would make time in her schedule to accommodate us. Michelle is very dedicated to her job. One thing I have to say is her line of communication was great. I knew anytime I would call her on something she would get back to me right away. MIchelle helped me both sell and buy my home. I closed on both properties on the same day. The first of which was an estate sale. We had two offers within the first two days of showing. Everything was completed within a month. Michelle was professional and very attentive to my needs. If you're serious about moving your home I would highly recommend Michelle, she works at an exhausting pace.
