Michelle Speetzen enjoys helping buyers get the property they want within budget and closed on-time! Listing your home and getting the most revenue is a high priority. Michelle began her career in the real estate industry 38-plus years ago, starting out as a Marketing Director for a local title survey company and has been a licensed real estate agent now for over 11 years. A lifetime Houstonian who has called the Galleria area, Sugarland, Spring and, now Pinehurst home. Michelle truly understands the city and it’s surrounding areas. This knowledge gives her a distinct advantage in working with home buyers especially in NW Houston, The Woodlands, Tomball, Magnolia, Cypress, Katy, Pinehurst and Spring. Michelle is a firm believer in community growth and is a Lifetime Committeeman with the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo having served on the Souvenir Program, Parade and BBQ committees. Married to her husband Scott for over 28 years, Michelle enjoys being with her family, making time for God, and traveling whenever possible. Very responsive and meticulous.
