Michelle Stone, owner of Missouri Land Sales, was great to work with as we checked out various homes when we needed to downsize from living on a farm. Michelle frequently contacted us when a house or Villa became available that she thought would meet our requirements. And, thanks to Michelle, we now own a Villa that is perfect for us!
Michelle worked with us to sell our farm. It was listed with Michelle in early July and the closing was in late September. Michelle was great to work with and enjoyed walking the trails in the woods with the sellers and later the prospective buyers. Michelle responded quickly whenever we had questions. We recommend contacting Michelle to anyone who has land to sell.
