Michelle has been an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first home buying experience and she was helpful from the very start. She came highly recommended from a friend and I can’t agree more. We initially planned on making multiple trips to see the area we were moving to, then find a home, and have to go again before moving to close; however, on our first 2 day trip, Michelle brought us to our dream home and we hadn’t even had it on our list! She attentively listened to what we were looking for in our home, including location, schools, and neighborhood and of course the home itself - then sent us multiple links to homes that we picked from so that when we arrived she had the whole two days planned out. The first day we ended up seeing 20 houses! The second day we met with builders that she recommended based on the homes we liked and that’s when we found our home. After deciding on a home just after our second day (which we never thought possible!), Michelle made arrangements to do all of the documentation, inspections, and closing remotely. She was there to have our appliances installed after closing for us and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. She even went above and beyond to gift us with something for our home to make it complete. Michelle has a great eye for homes and even a better heart, she truly cares about her clients and will do anything and everything to ensure her clients find their perfect home. I could not have asked for a better and smoother home-buying experience, and it is all with great thanks to Michelle! ♥️ 🏠 ♥️
