Let me tell you, my husband and I are picky (at least we think we are) and Michelle was SOOOO patient with us. It was our first time buying a home, let alone buying a home while in a different state. She helped us buy our first home while we were living overseas, willing to take on the challenges of being in a completely different time zone and being our eyes and ears through the entire process of finding our first home.

There were a few times where she advised us that some homes weren’t worth looking at because of mold, smell, hidden damages, and even the intuition that the home was not worthy of my family and I. We continued to place our faith and trust in Michelle and it was well placed. During a high sellers market where everyone was trying to buy and there were a lot of offers going against ours. Michelle made a miracle happen and our offer was accepted with no challenge at all.

Throughout our time in California, michelle continued to keep in contact and invite our family to their Realty Group gatherings to catch up and enjoy their many amenities and events they had planned out both for adults and children. I kid you not, Michelle and her team is the best. I don’t normally write reviews, but I will absolutely go out of my way to write this review for her and her team because they are WORTH IT.

My spouse and I are both dual mil and we moved to San Diego not knowing anything about the area. We had a military friend/coworker refer her to us and I’m so glad that they did. Michelle immediately took care of us and got us our dream home in our dream neighborhood for the best price. While my spouse was deployed, she made the whole house buying process super easy and in a way that a first time homebuyer like myself could understand.

Even after buying our beautiful home, it wasn’t just an “ok, we’re done with you goodbye”. No, her and her team still would keep in touch and see how we were doing and would send us personalized gifts here and there.

Years later and the military called us to move once again. We made the decision to sell our home and immediately we enlisted Michelle and the help of her team. If you are military, you already know how stressful it is to PCS let alone have to sell a home while doing so. Michelle was an absolute godsend. All we had to worry about was PCSing and she took care of prepping our home for potential buyers and everything else. We never had to worry about anything except packing our things, signing paperwork electronically, and moving across the country. She and her team are amazing with communication. Any questions or concern we ever had, immediately answered or taken care of within minutes or an hour of asking.

We’ve never had a realtor who cared so much about their people and it absolutely shows and why other military members refer her as well.

If you are military, I 110% recommend Michelle Tramel. You are seriously in great hands. I can say so many great things about them but it’ll probably turn into a book. If we ever PCS back to San Diego, we would absolutely hire Michelle again.

Michelle Tramel and Daniel Buksa really set the standard for first time buyers for us. I remember us being very cautious of who we work with about buying a house cause we had nightmares about our previous experience. As first time homebuyers we didn’t know what we were walking into. Michelle and Daniel ensured that we had the proper tools and knowledge before we workers with each other.

I mean, they made sure all their ducks were in a row which I really appreciate. Michelle carries so much knowledge of San Diego and the surrounding areas, she is very responsive to calls and texts (with having a baby the communication was easier through text), she was able to answer most questions and if she didn't know the answer she found it for us fast, she was a pleasure to work with.
