My fiancé and I found a home we loved within a month! We really appreciate Terra’s (our realtor) services as we’re both recent college graduates who got jobs in the area and were sick of throwing money away on rentals. Terra really helped make it all happen and guided us through the process. Being first time home buyers and the first in both of our families to buy a home in over 30 years, we didn’t have much knowledge. Terra was very patient with all of our questions and connected us with an amazing mortgage and title company. Overall, we’re super pleased with the personal experience we had with Terra and STL Buy and Sell!
