Originally from Chicago, Michelle Ozanne has lived in North
County Coastal San Diego for 25 years. She started her real estate career
five years ago after working in the foster care/adoption industry for fifteen
years. Finding children a safe place to call home was a different form of
real estate.
The best part of working full-time in real estate is that she gets to
interact with all kinds of people. Connecting with others brings Michelle
so much joy, as does helping clients during significant financial and
emotional decisions. There is nothing like the happiness she gets from
having clients trust and guide her to find the right home. She does her
best to ease them through what can be a stressful period, navigating all of
the elements and keeping the chaos “below the water” so her clients don’t
feel the wave.
Personable, kind, and outgoing, Michelle makes her clients feel like
they’re the only ones she’s assisting by being attentive, responsive, and
thorough. She is tenacious when needed and is always their best advocate.
Michelle functions as a full-service concierge luxury real estate advisor
who will connect you with everything you need before, during, and after a
transaction.
She also connects well with other agents, making them feel heard by using
positive persuasion, which helps make the entire transaction run smoothly
for all parties. An additional unique feature to Michelle’s service is that she pays for her client’s staging, covering photography, videos, drones, and even arranging for vendors. Her generosity extends to providing gifts for their home
anniversary and referrals. Above all else, Michelle is always present and
available to her clients.
Michelle is the former president and current active member of the Del Sol
Chapter of the National Charity League and the past Chairman of the Board
for Walden Family Services (a non-profit Foster & Adoption Agency). She
received the Compass Culture Champion Award twice and made the WSJ Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list.
Married for 26 years, Michelle has been with her husband for more than
three decades, and they have three kids: McKenna, 21, Ella, 18, and Brody,
16. They have one dog, Jax. Michelle and her family love to travel, and
they often return to Chicago and Wisconsin to visit family. They are also
huge sports fans, especially soccer and football (go Packers!). On the
weekends, you might find Michelle going on girl’s trips, exercising, taking
walks, and anything but cooking.
