We have worked with Michelle to buy and sell two sets of homes now over the past 7 years. The second time, it took us over a year to find the right home because of a difficult market and she still walked into every showing with a smile on her face. Once we found our forever home, she was able to sell our previous home quickly for over asking. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She has gone above and beyond in every situation for us to ensure that WE had the best outcome. She makes buying a home easy. She is an amazing relator and an even more exceptional person.

While I wrote my first review of Michelle a few years ago when she helped us get our 2nd house (the kid friendly one) I am doing this again and she has now helped us get our new home (the forever one). She is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and an incredible advocate for her clients. She's been with us during the times when we were looking, not afraid to tell us when we should walk away from a house, and when we ran into a few issues with our forever home, has stuck with us after closing and moving in to help. I can't recommend her enough. She's been kicking butt for us through multiple houses and I wouldn't let anyone I know work with a different agent. You shouldn't either.

I've had many realtors in my life working for me and even been through the buying process before. I can say this has been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had. Michelle Wertz is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to making the biggest financial decision in people's lives. She will be with you all the way through the process answering any questions that may arise along the way. It was a great pleasure working with her. After closing she is still checking in making sure everything is going smoothly and if I need her assistance. I would 100% recommend her.  If you are looking for the best around here, she is!
