Michelle was great and patient. We were looking for a place to purchase since mid March and closed in June. We changed what we were looking for many times and she was very helpful through out it all. She was also very informative, which we appreciated since we were first time home buyers. Her schedule was always flexible and was able to meet whenever we needed. We went from pre owned homes to new and she was very knowledgeable in both. We also pulled out of a deal and she remained optimistic and helpful. During our walk through of our new home she pointed out more flaws then I did so she was very thorough. Thanks Michelle!

Michelle is the best at what she does. I had a very strict schedule with moving and closing dates and she made sure I was on par with reaching those goals. I highly recommend Michelle as a relator. She was so easy to work with and helped us find a house under a very tight deadline. I especially appreciated how friendly and patient she was when we requested to view 14 properties in one weekend. She also is a fantastic communicator, both prompt with her responses and ability to answer all our home buying questions. Overall, it was a great experience working with her!

All around great experience working with Michelle Wilks and Coldwell Banker! Michelle works weekends and holidays to make sure that her client's needs are exceeded. She was able to find me a pet-friendly rental home that met my unique criteria despite the Covid 19 pandemic and my own credit score issues in 2020.

Two years on, she was able to find our family the PERFECT 4 bedroom Cape Cod in the the most insane market this side of 2008 for my first home purchase! We are forever indebted to Michelle for her dedication and perseverance! Thanks Michelle!

Michelle is a great realtor. She helped me find a place and sell my place. She'd showed me the houses I asked to see and then some more that were similar. She wasn't pushy at all. She listened to what i said about each place and would point out pros and cons. She also helped me sell my place. She went through my house and told me what would help to make sell. Before the photographer came to take pictures, she came over to stage the furniture better. She had great ideas. Michelle was always quick at responding when I reached out to her. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Michelle was a pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers she made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process! When we were touring homes there were multiple times we saw new houses we wanted to see that weren't on our current list. Within minutes she arranged access for additional showings that day. This was huge for us, especially given the hot real-estate market right now.
