Never did she scoff at our families long list of requests for our ideal home. When the perfect house for us came on the market, she didn't wast any time! She got us right in to see it, and had the offer written and submitted right away. With out her attentiveness and quick execution, we would have missed out on the home of our dreams. Michelle and her team are beyond amazing! They’re patient, informative, proactive, and just such a blessing to work with. Michelle answered all of our questions and made the whole selling and buying process seamless and a walk in the park. The team is also very good at calming the nerves of first time homebuyers- I probably called, texted and emailed with a million and two questions and no matter how redundant I was each interaction was handled with such grace. If they didn’t have an answer on a timeline or closing question they made it their top priority to get back with us in a timely matter. Michelle is also amazing at listening to your wants and needs and working hard to find something perfect that checks all the boxes. She hand picked our house we bought and it is a dream. Michelle began sending me listings before I even met her since we were connected by a mutual friend in San Diego. When I was able to come to Fort Wayne for a few days, we spent two days looking accompanied by a friend of mine, and my cousins. Michelle handled the group with respect and humor.
