Ten out of five stars! Three months after the closing of our home, I still cannot believe I have had the luck to work with Michi. Michi is absolutely an amzing agent and a heroic human being. Three months after the closing, as of today, Michi is still helping us with all aspects of the home repairing and polishing. She is always responsive and thoughtful. We are new immigrants and first-time home buyers, and we honestly do not have a clear idea what we should look for. Michi understands our situation and was able to very efficiently, and firmly, guide us towards the right direction. She makes sure that you get the best home for you. Our entire family was so happy with the home we bought - and this is all thanks to Michi's effort and guidance! She did not ask us to bid high but negotiates with the seller for us all the time. Just talk to Michi, and you will be amazed by this remarkable person.

Michi Suzuki is a great realtor and human being. She is witty, aggressive, sweet, flexible, caring, and loyal. We just purchased our very first home and quite literally couldn’t have done it without a top-notch realtor like Michi.

For years, we have been saving our money while hearing people all around us say things like “it is a seller’s market,” and “you just can’t get nice property in Southern California unless you are wealthy or a home-owner.” Well, Michi proved all of them wrong. She was very gracious with her time with us, constantly answering our million questions and allaying our many concerns.

Apart from having a perfect bedside manner, Michi is a shark in negotiations. She was able to get us into the home of our dreams by the skin-of-our-teeth. I will never forget her calling us well after business hours, still on the clock and going to bat for us, working out the last little details of the agreement!

She was with us through the stressful inspection process, making sure we came out with every repair we needed and more. She has been there every step of the way recommending GREAT inspectors, contractors, roofers, movers, and anyone else we need to get our new home ready. Even weeks after we have received the keys, Michi is still helping us get the house ready, checking in on us and giving her great advice.
Michi is a master at what she does and, after this amazing process, we consider her more like family. We recommend Michi for anyone looking for an outstanding realtor!
